Shipping policy
We ship orders quickly and reliably from Switzerland.
Shipping methods
Shipping is handled by Swiss Post, depending on the product:
- A-Post Plus (letter mail with tracking) for TCG cards and smaller items
- PostPac Priority (parcel shipping) for displays, boxes, cases, and larger orders
Depending on the order, the shipping method may be adjusted to ensure safe, efficient, and suitable delivery.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days within Switzerland.
Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible after payment is received.
In exceptional cases, such as during periods of high order volumes or public holidays, delays may occur.
Shipping costs
- CHF 3.40 for TCG cards (A-Post Plus)
- CHF 8.50 for parcel shipping (PostPac Priority)
Shipping is free for orders of CHF 100 or more.
Delivery information
All shipments are packaged carefully and securely.
TCG cards are shipped with tracking by default.
Sealed products are shipped in their unopened original condition.
